Peace of mind has a price
Of course, your peace of mind has a price. You have to anticipate a 20% managing fee for the services offered by Kasania. A monthly fee is also due to cover for the production of the monthly renting report and to maintain your property on the renting platforms. The renting platforms’ commissions, the credit card fees, and the maintenance fees are also to be paid by the owner.
Customer service
Kasania’s customer service is open 7 days a week from 9AM to 8PM. Our customer service crew works very hard to provide an outstanding customer service to our travellers and to our owners just as well. As an owner, you can call our customer service at any time to ask questions regarding the managing of your property. It will be our pleasure to assist you!
